By accessing or using Stage2Stocks ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the Service

Stage2Stocks provides market data, analytics, screens and educational content about listed stocks, for informational and educational purposes only. The Platform is not a financial advisory, research analyst, or investment management service.

Stage2Stocks is NOT registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or in any other capacity. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4. Market Data

Market data on the Platform may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and is provided without any guarantee. Always verify information independently before relying on it. We are not affiliated with any stock exchange. Exchange names, index names and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification only.

5. No Investment Advice

All content and output on the Platform is for educational reference only. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You bear sole responsibility for any investment decisions you make. Consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser before investing.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details, including access to the email address you registered with, secure. You may not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for extended periods.

The Platform, including its design, software and original content, is our intellectual property. Other names and marks shown on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage2Stocks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any financial losses, investment losses, loss of profits, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or reliance on its content. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stage2Stocks and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email with at least 14 days' notice.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
